Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Callwise app made by Kariha Web Agency, Türkiye ("we"). By using the app you accept them.
Emergency calls: Callwise is not a replacement for your phone's regular calling. Calls to emergency
numbers (such as 112 or 911) may not work or may not share your location. Always use your phone's own dialer for
emergencies.
What Callwise is
Callwise is an app for making and receiving internet calls with an account you already have from a provider or phone
system (VoIP / SIP). We do not provide phone numbers, call minutes or a calling service. Your provider does, and it may
charge you for calls under its own terms. Call quality and availability depend on your provider, your network and your
phone's settings.
Free trial and Callwise Pro
- A 14-day free trial of all features starts when you first open the app. No payment details are needed.
- After the trial the app stays free. Without Pro, calls arrive only while the app is open.
- Callwise Pro adds receiving calls while the app is closed, call recording and a greeting message. Pro is available as
a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and on Google Play
before you buy.
- Subscriptions are billed by Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in
Google Play › Payments & subscriptions; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and the consumer laws that apply to you.
- "Lifetime" means for as long as we offer the app on Google Play, on devices signed in with the same Google account.
Using the app responsibly
Use Callwise only lawfully. Do not use it for spam, automated or mass calling, harassment or fraud. Recording calls is
restricted in many countries; you are responsible for telling the other person and for getting consent where required.
You are responsible for the accounts you add and for keeping your phone secure.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you control. The app and
its design belong to us. The app includes third-party components that are provided under their own licences.
No warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every call will connect or
that the app will be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, missed calls,
call charges from your provider or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be
limited by agreement.
Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms. We will show the new date here, and for important changes we will tell you in
the app. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer
protection laws of the country where you live still apply.

Bu koşullar, Kariha Web Agency (Türkiye) ("biz") tarafından geliştirilen Callwise uygulaması için geçerlidir.
Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Acil aramalar: Callwise, telefonunuzun normal arama özelliğinin yerini tutmaz. Acil durum
numaralarına (112 gibi) yapılan aramalar çalışmayabilir veya konumunuzu iletmeyebilir. Acil durumlarda her zaman
telefonunuzun kendi arama uygulamasını kullanın.
Callwise nedir
Callwise, bir sağlayıcıdan veya santralden zaten sahip olduğunuz bir hesapla (VoIP / SIP) internet üzerinden arama
yapmanızı ve almanızı sağlayan bir uygulamadır. Telefon numarası, dakika veya arama hizmeti sağlamayız; bunları
sağlayıcınız verir ve aramalar için kendi koşullarına göre ücret alabilir. Arama kalitesi ve erişilebilirlik;
sağlayıcınıza, ağınıza ve telefonunuzun ayarlarına bağlıdır.
Ücretsiz deneme ve Callwise Pro
- Tüm özellikleri içeren 14 günlük ücretsiz deneme, uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda başlar. Ödeme bilgisi gerekmez.
- Deneme bittikten sonra uygulama ücretsiz kalır. Pro olmadan aramalar yalnızca uygulama açıkken gelir.
- Callwise Pro; uygulama kapalıyken arama almayı, arama kaydını ve karşılama mesajını ekler. Pro aylık veya yıllık
abonelik ya da tek seferlik ömür boyu satın alma olarak sunulur. Fiyatlar satın almadan önce uygulamada ve Google
Play'de gösterilir.
- Abonelikler Google Play tarafından ücretlendirilir ve siz iptal edene kadar otomatik olarak yenilenir. İstediğiniz
zaman Google Play › Ödemeler ve abonelikler bölümünden iptal edebilirsiniz; plan, ödenen dönemin sonuna kadar etkin
kalır.
- İadeler Google Play'in iade politikasına ve size uygulanan tüketici mevzuatına tabidir.
- "Ömür boyu", uygulamayı Google Play'de sunduğumuz sürece ve aynı Google hesabıyla oturum açılmış cihazlarda
geçerlidir.
Uygulamanın sorumlu kullanımı
Callwise'ı yalnızca yasalara uygun şekilde kullanın. Spam, otomatik veya toplu arama, taciz ya da dolandırıcılık için
kullanmayın. Arama kaydı birçok ülkede sınırlandırılmıştır; karşı tarafı bilgilendirmek ve gerektiğinde onay almak
sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Eklediğiniz hesaplardan ve telefonunuzun güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
Lisans
Size, uygulamayı kontrolünüzdeki cihazlarda kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir lisans
veririz. Uygulama ve tasarımı bize aittir. Uygulama, kendi lisanslarıyla sunulan üçüncü taraf bileşenler içerir.
Garanti ve sorumluluk
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Güvenilir olması için çalışırız, ancak her aramanın bağlanacağını veya uygulamanın
hatasız olacağını garanti edemeyiz. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde; dolaylı zararlardan, kaçırılan aramalardan,
sağlayıcınızın arama ücretlerinden veya veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, sözleşmeyle
sınırlanamayan tüketici haklarınızı kısıtlamaz.
Değişiklikler ve sona erme
Uygulamayı ve bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Yeni tarihi burada gösteririz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde
de bildiririz. Uygulamayı kaldırarak istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketiciyseniz, yaşadığınız ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma
mevzuatı da geçerliliğini korur.

Estas condiciones se aplican a la app Callwise, creada por Kariha Web Agency, Türkiye ("nosotros"). Al usar la app
las aceptas.
Llamadas de emergencia: Callwise no sustituye las llamadas normales de tu teléfono. Las llamadas a
números de emergencia (como el 112 o el 911) pueden no funcionar o no enviar tu ubicación. En una emergencia usa siempre
la app de teléfono de tu dispositivo.
Qué es Callwise
Callwise es una app para hacer y recibir llamadas por internet con una cuenta que ya tienes de un proveedor o
centralita (VoIP / SIP). No ofrecemos números de teléfono, minutos ni servicio de llamadas: lo hace tu proveedor, que
puede cobrarte las llamadas según sus propias condiciones. La calidad y la disponibilidad dependen de tu proveedor, tu red
y la configuración de tu teléfono.
Prueba gratuita y Callwise Pro
- Al abrir la app por primera vez empieza una prueba gratuita de 14 días con todas las funciones. No hace falta
ningún dato de pago.
- Tras la prueba la app sigue siendo gratuita. Sin Pro, las llamadas solo llegan con la app abierta.
- Callwise Pro añade recibir llamadas con la app cerrada, grabación de llamadas y mensaje de saludo. Pro se ofrece como
suscripción mensual o anual, o como compra única de por vida. Los precios se muestran en la app y en Google Play antes
de comprar.
- Las suscripciones las cobra Google Play y se renuevan automáticamente hasta que las canceles. Puedes cancelar en
cualquier momento en Google Play › Pagos y suscripciones; el plan sigue activo hasta el final del periodo pagado.
- Los reembolsos siguen la política de reembolsos de Google Play y la ley de consumo que te sea aplicable.
- "De por vida" significa mientras ofrezcamos la app en Google Play, en dispositivos con la misma cuenta de Google.
Uso responsable
Usa Callwise solo de forma legal. No la uses para spam, llamadas automáticas o masivas, acoso o fraude. La grabación
de llamadas está restringida en muchos países; eres responsable de avisar a la otra persona y de obtener su
consentimiento cuando sea necesario. Eres responsable de las cuentas que añades y de la seguridad de tu teléfono.
Licencia
Te concedemos una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la app en los dispositivos que controlas.
La app y su diseño nos pertenecen. La app incluye componentes de terceros que se ofrecen bajo sus propias licencias.
Garantía y responsabilidad
La app se ofrece "tal cual". Trabajamos para que sea fiable, pero no podemos garantizar que todas las llamadas se
conecten ni que la app esté libre de errores. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no respondemos de daños indirectos,
llamadas perdidas, cargos de tu proveedor ni pérdida de datos. Nada en estas condiciones limita los derechos que tienes
como consumidor y que no pueden limitarse por contrato.
Cambios y finalización
Podemos actualizar la app y estas condiciones. Mostraremos aquí la nueva fecha y avisaremos en la app de los cambios
importantes. Puedes dejar de usar la app en cualquier momento desinstalándola.
Ley aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por las leyes de la República de Türkiye. Si eres consumidor, siguen aplicándose las normas
imperativas de protección al consumidor de tu país de residencia.
