Record a short message or choose an audio file. When a call comes in, tap “With greeting”: the caller hears your message, then hold music until you tap “Take the call”.
Rules differ by country. In many places the other person must be told that the call is recorded — Callwise reminds you, and a line in your greeting is an easy way to do it.
