Privacy Policy

Effective 6 October 2026

In short: Callwise has no user accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. We do not receive your calls, your contacts, your call history or your recordings. The app talks to the calling service (VoIP provider) that you choose, and to Google Play for purchases. Everything else stays on your phone, unless you send us feedback from the app.

Who we are

Callwise is made by Kariha Web Agency, Türkiye (kariha.net). Questions about privacy: callwise@kariha.net.

Your calling account

To make calls you add an account from a provider or phone system of your choice (user name, password, server). These details are stored encrypted on your phone, using the Android Keystore, and are sent only to that provider's server to connect and place calls. We never receive them. Your provider processes your calls under its own privacy policy (for example call records and call routing).

Calls and the microphone

The app uses the microphone only during a call and when you record a greeting. During a call your voice is sent to your provider and the person you talk to — never to us. Whether the connection is encrypted depends on your provider and your account settings.

Contacts

Access to contacts is optional. If you allow it, the app reads your address book on the phone to show names and photos and to let you call your contacts. Contacts are never uploaded or shared.

Data kept on your phone

Call history, favourites and settings.
Call recordings — only when you turn recording on. Laws in many countries require telling the other person that a call is recorded; you are responsible for this.
Your greeting message, if you set one.
A technical log for troubleshooting (Diagnostics). It never contains passwords.

This data leaves your phone only when you choose to share it (for example sending a recording or the diagnostics report through the share menu, to a recipient you pick). You can delete it in the app, by clearing the app's storage, or by uninstalling the app.

Feedback you send

Settings › Send feedback lets you report a problem or suggest a feature. Only what you send leaves the phone, and only when you tap Send: your message, its type, your email address if you choose to give one (so we can reply), the app version, the app language and the phone model and Android version. If you keep "Attach diagnostics" on, the diagnostics report is added: line status, account user name and server (never the password), settings, permissions, recent calls with the other party's number shortened to its last three digits, and the recent app log. The message goes over an encrypted connection to our server at callwise.kariha.net, which emails it to our team. We use it only to fix problems, improve the app and answer you; we do not sell or share it. Feedback is deleted from the server after two years at the latest, and earlier on request.

Purchases

Callwise Pro is sold through Google Play. Google handles the payment; we never see your card or payment details. The app only receives whether you have an active plan. Google's privacy policy applies to the purchase. The rating dialog in the app is also shown by Google Play.

Backup

If Android backup is on, Android may save the following to your Google account so a new or reinstalled phone is ready to use: your trial and plan status, your accounts (server, username and settings), your app settings, and your recorded greeting. Your account passwords are saved separately with Google Block Store, which encrypts them end to end when your phone has a screen lock. Call recordings, call history and logs are never included. We have no access to this backup.

Notifications and background use

If you let Callwise receive calls while it is closed, it keeps the connection to your provider open with a persistent notification. Notifications are used for calls and for reminders about your trial or plan.

Children

Callwise is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

The only personal data we keep is the feedback you choose to send (see above); ask us and we will show, correct or delete it. If you write to us, we use your message only to answer you and keep it no longer than needed. You have the rights given by the laws that apply to you (for example the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK); contact us with any request.

Changes

If we add online features (for example a service that wakes the app for incoming calls), we will update this policy before they are turned on and ask for your consent where the law requires it. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Kısaca: Callwise'da kullanıcı hesabı, reklam, analitik ve takip yoktur. Aramalarınız, rehberiniz, arama geçmişiniz ve kayıtlarınız bize ulaşmaz. Uygulama yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz arama hizmetiyle (VoIP sağlayıcısı) ve satın alımlar için Google Play ile konuşur. Uygulamadan bize geri bildirim göndermediğiniz sürece geri kalan her şey telefonunuzda kalır.

Arama hesabınız

Arama yapmak için seçtiğiniz bir sağlayıcıdan veya santralden bir hesap eklersiniz (kullanıcı adı, şifre, sunucu). Bu bilgiler telefonunuzda Android Keystore ile şifrelenerek saklanır ve yalnızca bağlanmak ve arama yapmak için o sağlayıcının sunucusuna gönderilir. Bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz. Sağlayıcınız aramalarınızı kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işler (örneğin arama kayıtları ve yönlendirme).

Aramalar ve mikrofon

Uygulama mikrofonu yalnızca arama sırasında ve karşılama mesajı kaydederken kullanır. Arama sırasında sesiniz sağlayıcınıza ve konuştuğunuz kişiye gider — asla bize değil. Bağlantının şifreli olup olmadığı sağlayıcınıza ve hesap ayarlarınıza bağlıdır.

Rehber

Rehber erişimi isteğe bağlıdır. İzin verirseniz uygulama, isim ve fotoğrafları göstermek ve kişilerinizi aramanızı sağlamak için rehberinizi telefonda okur. Rehberiniz hiçbir yere yüklenmez ve paylaşılmaz.

Telefonunuzda tutulan veriler

Arama geçmişi, favoriler ve ayarlar.
Arama kayıtları — yalnızca kaydı siz açtığınızda. Birçok ülkede karşı tarafa aramanın kaydedildiğini söylemek yasal zorunluluktur; bu sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
Ayarladıysanız karşılama mesajınız.
Sorun gidermek için teknik günlük (Tanılama). Asla şifre içermez.

Bu veriler yalnızca siz paylaşmayı seçtiğinizde telefonunuzdan çıkar (örneğin bir kaydı veya tanılama raporunu paylaş menüsüyle, sizin seçtiğiniz bir alıcıya göndermek). Bunları uygulama içinden, uygulama verilerini temizleyerek veya uygulamayı kaldırarak silebilirsiniz.

Gönderdiğiniz geri bildirimler

Ayarlar › Geri bildirim gönder ile bir sorunu bildirebilir veya özellik önerebilirsiniz. Telefondan yalnızca sizin gönderdikleriniz ve yalnızca Gönder'e dokunduğunuzda çıkar: mesajınız, türü, isterseniz e-posta adresiniz (size cevap verebilmemiz için), uygulama sürümü, uygulama dili, telefon modeli ve Android sürümü. "Tanılama bilgilerini ekle" açıksa tanılama raporu da eklenir: hat durumu, hesap kullanıcı adı ve sunucusu (şifre asla), ayarlar, izinler, karşı tarafın numarası son üç hanesine kısaltılmış son aramalar ve son uygulama kayıtları. Mesaj şifreli bağlantıyla callwise.kariha.net adresindeki sunucumuza gider ve oradan ekibimize e-postayla iletilir. Yalnızca sorunları gidermek, uygulamayı geliştirmek ve size cevap vermek için kullanırız; satmayız ve paylaşmayız. Geri bildirimler sunucudan en geç iki yıl sonra, talep ederseniz daha önce silinir.

Satın alımlar

Callwise Pro, Google Play üzerinden satılır. Ödemeyi Google yapar; kart veya ödeme bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. Uygulama yalnızca etkin bir planınız olup olmadığını öğrenir. Satın alma için Google'ın gizlilik politikası geçerlidir. Uygulamadaki puanlama penceresi de Google Play tarafından gösterilir.

Yedekleme

Android yedeklemesi açıksa Android, yeni veya yeniden kurulan telefonunuzun hazır gelmesi için şunları Google hesabınıza kaydedebilir: deneme ve plan durumu, hesaplarınız (sunucu, kullanıcı adı ve ayarlar), uygulama ayarları ve kaydettiğiniz karşılama. Hesap şifreleriniz ayrıca Google Block Store ile saklanır; telefonunuzda ekran kilidi varsa uçtan uca şifrelenir. Arama kayıtları, arama geçmişi ve günlükler yedeğe hiçbir zaman girmez. Bu yedeğe erişimimiz yoktur.

Bildirimler ve arka planda çalışma

Callwise'ın kapalıyken de arama almasına izin verirseniz, sağlayıcınıza olan bağlantıyı kalıcı bir bildirimle açık tutar. Bildirimler aramalar ve deneme süreniz veya planınızla ilgili hatırlatmalar için kullanılır.

Çocuklar

Callwise 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız.

Haklarınız

Sakladığımız tek kişisel veri, göndermeyi seçtiğiniz geri bildirimlerdir (yukarıya bakın); isterseniz bunları size gösterir, düzeltir veya sileriz. Bize yazarsanız mesajınızı yalnızca size cevap vermek için kullanır ve gerekenden uzun saklamayız. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve size uygulanan diğer yasalar (örneğin GDPR) kapsamındaki haklarınız saklıdır; her türlü talebiniz için bize yazabilirsiniz.

Değişiklikler

Çevrimiçi özellikler eklersek (örneğin gelen aramalar için uygulamayı uyandıran bir hizmet), bu politikayı özellik açılmadan önce güncelleriz ve yasanın gerektirdiği durumlarda onayınızı isteriz. En güncel sürümün tarihi sayfanın başında yazar.

Política de privacidad

En resumen: Callwise no tiene cuentas de usuario, anuncios, analíticas ni seguimiento. No recibimos tus llamadas, tus contactos, tu historial ni tus grabaciones. La app solo se comunica con el servicio de llamadas (proveedor VoIP) que tú eliges y con Google Play para las compras. Todo lo demás se queda en tu teléfono, salvo los comentarios que nos envíes desde la app.

Tu cuenta de llamadas

Para llamar añades una cuenta de un proveedor o centralita de tu elección (usuario, contraseña, servidor). Estos datos se guardan cifrados en tu teléfono mediante Android Keystore y solo se envían al servidor de ese proveedor para conectarte y realizar llamadas. Nunca nos llegan. Tu proveedor trata tus llamadas según su propia política de privacidad (por ejemplo, registros y enrutamiento de llamadas).

Llamadas y micrófono

La app usa el micrófono solo durante una llamada y al grabar un saludo. Durante la llamada tu voz va a tu proveedor y a la persona con la que hablas, nunca a nosotros. Que la conexión esté cifrada depende de tu proveedor y de la configuración de tu cuenta.

Contactos

El acceso a los contactos es opcional. Si lo permites, la app lee tu agenda en el teléfono para mostrar nombres y fotos y para que puedas llamar a tus contactos. Los contactos nunca se suben ni se comparten.

Datos guardados en tu teléfono

Historial de llamadas, favoritos y ajustes.
Grabaciones de llamadas, solo si activas la grabación. En muchos países la ley exige avisar a la otra persona de que la llamada se graba; eso es responsabilidad tuya.
Tu mensaje de saludo, si lo configuras.
Un registro técnico para resolver problemas (Diagnóstico). Nunca contiene contraseñas.

Estos datos solo salen de tu teléfono cuando decides compartirlos (por ejemplo, enviar una grabación o el informe de diagnóstico desde el menú de compartir a quien tú elijas). Puedes borrarlos en la app, borrando los datos de la app o desinstalándola.

Comentarios que nos envías

En Ajustes › Enviar comentarios puedes informar de un problema o sugerir una función. Del teléfono solo sale lo que tú envías y solo cuando tocas Enviar: tu mensaje, su tipo, tu correo si decides darlo (para poder responderte), la versión de la app, el idioma de la app y el modelo de teléfono y versión de Android. Si dejas activado "Adjuntar diagnóstico", se añade el informe de diagnóstico: estado de la línea, usuario y servidor de la cuenta (nunca la contraseña), ajustes, permisos, llamadas recientes con el número de la otra persona acortado a sus tres últimas cifras y el registro reciente de la app. El mensaje viaja cifrado a nuestro servidor en callwise.kariha.net, que lo envía por correo a nuestro equipo. Solo lo usamos para resolver problemas, mejorar la app y responderte; no lo vendemos ni lo compartimos. Los comentarios se borran del servidor como máximo a los dos años, o antes si lo pides.

Compras

Callwise Pro se vende a través de Google Play. Google gestiona el pago; nunca vemos tu tarjeta ni tus datos de pago. La app solo recibe si tienes un plan activo. A la compra se aplica la política de privacidad de Google. La ventana de valoración de la app también la muestra Google Play.

Copia de seguridad

Si la copia de seguridad de Android está activada, Android puede guardar en tu cuenta de Google lo siguiente para que un teléfono nuevo o reinstalado esté listo: el estado de la prueba y del plan, tus cuentas (servidor, usuario y ajustes), los ajustes de la app y tu saludo grabado. Las contraseñas de tus cuentas se guardan aparte con Google Block Store, que las cifra de extremo a extremo si el teléfono tiene bloqueo de pantalla. Las grabaciones, el historial de llamadas y los registros nunca se incluyen. No tenemos acceso a esta copia.

Notificaciones y uso en segundo plano

Si permites que Callwise reciba llamadas con la app cerrada, mantiene abierta la conexión con tu proveedor mediante una notificación persistente. Las notificaciones se usan para llamadas y para recordatorios sobre tu prueba o tu plan.

Menores

Callwise no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recopilamos datos de menores de forma consciente.

Tus derechos

Los únicos datos personales que guardamos son los comentarios que decides enviarnos (ver arriba); pídenoslo y te los mostraremos, corregiremos o borraremos. Si nos escribes, usamos tu mensaje solo para responderte y no lo conservamos más de lo necesario. Tienes los derechos que te reconozcan las leyes aplicables (por ejemplo, el RGPD); escríbenos para cualquier solicitud.

Cambios

Si añadimos funciones en línea (por ejemplo, un servicio que despierte la app para las llamadas entrantes), actualizaremos esta política antes de activarlas y pediremos tu consentimiento cuando la ley lo exija. La fecha de arriba indica la versión más reciente.
